Kurt Cobain's Guitar Giclée Print

Kurt Cobain was the lead singer of the 90's grunge band, Nirvana.

Nirvana's second album Nevermind introduced the world to their song 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' which pushed this album to the number 1 spot in the music charts.

Cobain played this guitar in the iconic video for this song, at a high school pep rally. The video shows the band playing in a school gym filled with a rusty mist with the rally descending into chaos with Kurt leading the riot.

Claire got inspired to draw this guitar after seeing at an exhibition in Newbridge. The background in the drawing echoes the mist from the video.

The original drawing is done in polychromos pencils on Bristol paper.
