Refund policy

I create everything here in my studio, with the exception of the stone setting and framing which I outsource. All my pieces are handmade, drawn and painted to the highest quality with attention to the smallest of details. I use the best of materials: paper, paints, silver and gold (recycled when possible) and strive for a high end finish. Each piece is handmade, due to this nature no two pieces are the same. Each piece is unique.

Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost for a return is a buyer's responsibility. Please keep proof of postage and have the return package tracked as we cannot accept until your parcel reaches us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately or within 3 days from the date of delivery  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damaged product/s and email them to us. We will use the photos to access and rectify the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissions or personalised items can not be refunded.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
 
Refunds 
Refunds will be processed and send back to the payment method originally used to pay your order. Please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to show in your bank account. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days please contact us so that we can resolve the problem  as quickly as posssible.
